Stapleton Food Drive Sponsor Spotlight – A Step Ahead

Local Denver contractor and handyman supports the 7th annual Stapleton Community Food Drive.

A Step Ahead has worked with dozens of home buyers and sellers in Stapleton Denver over the past several years.

Owner and operator, Doug Schmaus, was a former new home construction superintendent for years. He understands that the small construction details are very important to home-buyers…whether you are moving in to a new home or selling your house. As part of New Perspective Real Estate’s Design to Sell Staging service, Doug and his crews are often involved in the preparing each home to sale.

He and his crew pay attention to the details and complete projects on time. A Step Ahead is a full-service operation and the team will handle everything from whole-house cleaning to kitchen renovations to bathroom remodels to yard clean-up. They have experienced crews who take pride in their work and will do what it takes to get the job done right. They provide honest cost estimates, fair pricing, and solid advice as to scope of the work that is needed.

He loves “seeing the finished product and seeing the smiles on a homeowner’s face when we are done and they’re completely satisfied.  And giving a homeowner a fair price and not charging anything until the job is done and the homeowner is 100% satisfied. Plus, we provide a one-year warranty on everything we do.”

He is glad to sponsor the Stapleton Community Food Drive because “there are many people out there that are not as fortunate as others and A Step Ahead likes helping everybody out in the community of Stapleton just like the homeowners help me out.”

The Stapleton Community Food Drive thanks Doug and his entire team for supporting the effort to help people suffering from hunger and poor nutrition in the Stapleton and surrounding areas.
