New to the Stapleton Northfield Neighborhood?

We love to work with buyer’s who have just purchased a new home in the Stapleton Northfield Neighborhood. If you are new to the area here are some tips on things to do in Stapleton.

Summer time it the best time for getting to know new neighbors! A terrific way to make friends is to attend some of the dynamic social activities organized by the Stapleton MCA (Master Community Association).

The “Movies on the Green” have begun! Head down to the Town Center and grab some grub, walk over to the green for a picnic and stake your spot for the movie that starts around dusk. In this relaxed atmosphere – kids running around and pups sniffing for leftovers – breaking the ice with fellow movie goers is a breeze.

Some easy conversation starters…

Where do you live? Westerly Creek? Eastbridge? Central Park North? To find out the history and names of the Stapleton neighborhoods or as Stapletonians call them, the Micro’hoods, click here.

What park are you near? There are so many… here is the list to help. What school will the kids attend? Have you been to Stanley Marketplace yet?

Movies on The Green 2018 at the Stapleton Town Center (Founder’s Green) schedule:

  • June 29 – Spiderman Homecoming
  • July 13 – Jumanji
  • August 3 – Honey I Shrunk the Kids
  • August 24 – Coco
Conservatory Green

Concerts have begun too! The concerts are free and open to the public. Food trucks join the concert venues for hip dining options. To find out more about the music events at the Founder’s Green (Stapleton’s Original Town Center) and the MoJaBlu Concert Series at Conservatory Green, click here

The kids are out of school and it’s already hot!  Good thing the pools are open and the Stapleton Northfield Community has 6 pools! Each one offers different amenities.

The Puddle Jumper is great for toddlers with a very shallow end, fountains and splash features.  Some have diving boards, some offer lane lines for swimming laps,  and The Runway supports the Metro League Stapleton Stingray Swim Team. All are fun! Challenge teenagers to see how many pools they can visit in a day. The MCA Aquatic Page describes each pool with hours of operation and phone numbers.

Yay! The Farmer’s Market’s have begun!  The Stapleton Farmers Market is located at the Founder’s Green in the Town Center and is open for business every Sunday until Mid-October. Food trucks, produce, smoothies, sausages, tamales, honey, pasta, waffles, clothing and more! The Northfield Stapleton Farmers Market is located at The Shops at Northfield Stapleton Shopping Center on Saturdays through August. Check out the MCA event calendar for more details.
