Celebrating with NPRE VIP’s at Four Friends Kitchen
Anticipation! A fun feeling to have and with this great team we are lucky to have quite a few events that create that bubbly excitement. The NPRE Client Appreciation Party is one of our favorite gatherings. It’s a time to be relaxed and social with the incredible clients that we have worked with for years or just met.
For a second year in a row, our buddies at Four Friends Kitchen-Stapleton let us take over their rooftop. Again, they amazed us with delicious appetizers and desserts. Special guests and agents marveled at the mouth-watering eats especially the beignets and mini key-lime pies.
Past NPRE Client Appreciation Party, and how it almost went wrong!
Our summer gatherings never fail to give us anxiety regarding the weather. One particular pool party was hit with raging winds and hail that demolished our Polynesian décor; and gave us bruises as we tried to hold the tents down-basically ruined our best-laid plans. These circumstances had us rethinking the locations! We thought, let’s reach out to another Stapleton business with a great location, and an outdoor / indoor option! Last year, sprayers effectively cooled us off on a hot sunny afternoon. This year was the opposite-there was a surprising need for jackets. We almost had to go inside due to the chilly temperatures!
The rooftop ambiance, delicious foods & refreshing drinks and attentive service at Four Friends Kitchen-Stapleton allowed us to relax and enjoy our company. Spirits and conversation flowed with wonderful stories of new homes and new experiences. Its truly rewarding to learn that hard work from our team and the homeowners created happy outcomes. It’s a classic case of giving our clients a treat but we actually receive more in return. Validation that our commitment to providing concierge service at every point in buying and selling a home, works. Our clients are less stressed and sell their homes more quickly and for a better price.
There was a little talk that the adrenaline surge we all get from planning a pool party in July is now appealing. Maybe enough time has passed from the hail storm pool party fiasco. Stay tuned to see if we play it safe next year or if we go for the unknown.
