Stapleton’s original café, Etai’s Bakery Café, supports the 7th annual Stapleton Community Food Drive, Sept 30th thru October 9th, 2017.
Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Etai’s Bakery Café, located at 7357 E 29th Ave, Denver 80238, offers freshly-made bread, yummy hot and cold sandwiches, soups salads, baked goods, plus freshly-pressed juices and gourmet coffee.

Stapleton Denver resident, Etai Baron, is the company founder and current CEO. He is the son of Udi Baron, who founded the Colorado-based U Baron Group. Since 1994, they have created and sold a gluten-free bread and granola brand and now have six bakery cafés, four full-service restaurants, a catering company and the artisan bakery that started it all.
